The original ask was to capture social video content on an existing film set as a piggy-back on another production. In the end, this commercial concept had so much love, it stayed the same, but became the main concept. So, it stayed meta- as a Visa & U.S. Bank commercial set behind the scenes of a fake Visa commercial highlighting the offer and positioning the card as the true hero.
